WhatsApp is the fastest channel. We typically reply within the hour during business days. Messages sent through the contact form or by email are reviewed by the same team and get a reply on the next business day at the latest.
Service area
Philvolt installs residential solar systems with nationwide coverage across the Philippines. Our home base is Metro Manila, so surveys and installs in and around Metro Manila are usually scheduled fastest, while projects in other provinces are still welcome and get coordinated with you individually once we have your property address on file.
What to have ready
Your average monthly Meralco bill (or a photo of a recent bill) gives us the most accurate starting point. Have your property address or city, a working phone number, and an email address on hand too, since the form asks for these to schedule a site survey.
After you reach out
Once we have your details, the next step is a technical site survey to confirm roof condition, orientation, and your electrical setup against the instant quote. From there we handle the Meralco net-metering paperwork and installation scheduling directly, so you are not coordinating between separate contractors.

Do I need to book a call to get a price?
No. The instant quote on the homepage and pricing page gives you a system size and price range as soon as you enter your bill. Contacting us is only needed once you want to move forward with a site survey.
What happens after I submit the contact form?
We review the bill amount, system size, and address you submitted, then reach out to schedule a site survey. From there we file the Meralco net-metering application on your behalf and coordinate the installation date.
Do you install outside Metro Manila?
Yes, we install nationwide. If your property also needs a water tank or pump setup, we coordinate that portion with our sister company TankSmith so it is one project instead of two separate contractors.
